Refund policy

Dear costumer,
For some reason you need to return a item you purchase we are sorry for the inconvenience. 
  • Merchandise needed to be returned in a 7 days after the package is delivered. After that time frame the merchandise can’t be return. 
  • We don’t refund to the payment method, we only offered store credit only. 
  • Merchandise must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, without stain of any kind (make up, deodorant, etc.), without any funny smells (perfume, cigarettes, laundry, etc.). 
  • Also the merchandise as to be return with the original tags and packaging.
  • Only regular priced items can be return. 
  • All merchandise in sale are final sale, are not eligible returns. This includes orders placed with any discount code, sales events, items in sale and items reduce in price.
  • For merchandise with damages you need to contact us immediately. You have 3 days to kindly emailed us explaining what are the damages and including photos of the damages at info@nadetterue.com and we will happily assist you.
Steps to request a return
Make sure you are in the correct time frame and the stipulation to request a return. Please email us at info@nadetterue.com the following information:
  • First and Last Name 
  • Email used to purchase
  • Invoice or order number 
  • Item number 
  • Reason of the return 
We suggest mailing your package with a tracking number and make sure your items are securely packaged when sending back a return. Nadette Rue is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged on their way back to us.
Once we receive your package, the return is approved and processed, we will email you an e-gift card with your store credit that you can use on our website.
Any returns past the policy will not be accepted or store credited.

Shipping Fees
  • The costumer is responsible for return shipping costs. You can send us the return by USPS, UPS or FEDEX 
  • We do not send return labels, isn’t included in the shipping rates.
  • Be aware of all the stipulation on the return policy. If the merchandise are not eligible by the return policy don’t return us the same because we will shipped back to the costumer and charges can be applied.
