We are only accepting Domestic Orders (Puerto Rico & United States) 

Shipping Rate

Standard Rate (for every order): $5.00 

  • Once you completed the purchase and your payment method is verified, please allow 1-3 business day to process your order. 
  • After the order is processed the estimated delivery is 1-5 business day (these 1-5 business days are additional to the time of processing the order). The Holidays and the weekend are not included in the estimated 1-5 businesses days delivery. 
Important Note
Dear costumer, please make user to verify your shipping address before completing your purchase. Nadette Rue is not responsible if your package isn’t deliverable due to the missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. 
Once the order is fulfilled the shipping address can not be change. In case the costumer need to change the shipping address charges can apply. 
  • When order are shipped a tracking information will be provided by email notification.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Nadette Rue is not responsible for lost and stolen packages. 
  • In case you want to fill a claim for your lost or stolen package go to https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm or if you want your package found go to https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm 
  • If you receive a notification that your package is delivered but you have not received the package, please check with the shipping carrier for more information. Nadette Rue isn’t responsible for packages that are delivered but not received.
